Smorgens vroech en weckte de lien.
Een aerdich vrouken, wit en blanc,
Moest met schalcksen ooghen aensien.
Doen sprack dat vrouken: “Macht gheschien!
Spant op u cloxkens en beyt niet lanc!
Laet ons spelen den binc, den banc,
Van tinge, tinge, tanc.
Goeden ontvanc sal u gheschien.
Dus soo en wilt vandaer niet vlien.”

‘s morgens vroeg en wekte het volk.
Een knap vrouwtje, blond en blank,
Bekeek het met ondeugende blik.
Toen sprak dat vrouwtje: “Toe maar!
Trek aan uw klokken, en treuzel niet te lang!
Laat we spelen de bink, de bonk,
Van tinge, tinge, tonk.
Een goede ontvangst zul je krijgen.
Dus ren niet zomaar weg van hier!”
