Language: Russian (Русский)
Available translation(s): ENG FRE

The goat
Language: English  after the Russian (Русский)
The young girl went for a stroll, on the little meadow to enjoy,
Suddenly facing her a he-goat!
Old, muddy, bearded,
Frightful, vicious and all hairy, downright a devil!
And the young girl was frightened.
Running away from the goat she rushed straight in the bushes,
And she hid,
Scarcely breathing, barely alive.
The little girl went under the altar,
Knowing it's time to be married, so she went!
The husband, he's old and hunchbacked,
Bald and vicious and bearded, downright a devil!
What, the young girl was she frightened?
Hm! But why!
She went and cuddled to the husband,
Assuring, that she's faithful, Hm! That she's all love to the husband,
That she's an exemplary wife!
