Mitten in dem kleinen Teiche

Language: German (Deutsch) after the German (Deutsch)

Mitten in dem kleinen Teiche
Steht ein Pavillon aus grünem
Und aus weißem Porzellan.

Wie der Rücken eines Tigers
Wölbt die Brücke sich aus Jade
Zu dem Pavillon hinüber.

In dem Häuschen sitzen Freunde,
Schön gekleidet, trinken, plaudern,
Manche schreiben Verse nieder.

Ihre seidnen Ärmel gleiten
Rückwärts, ihre seidnen Mützen
Hocken lustig tief im Nacken.

Auf des kleinen Teiches stiller
Wasserfläche zeigt sich alles
Wunderlich im Spiegelbilde,

Alles auf dem Kopfe stehend
In dem Pavillon aus grünem
Und aus weißem Porzellan;

Wie ein Halbmond steht die Brücke,
Umgekehrt der Bogen. Freunde,
Schön gekleidet, trinken, plaudern.

Giovinezza

Language: Italian (Italiano) after the German (Deutsch)

Al centro del piccolo stagno
S'erge un padiglione di verde
E candida porcellana.

Simile a schiena di tigre
S'inarca il ponte di giada
Fino al padiglione.

Lì stanno seduti gli amici,
con belle vesti, bevono, conversano,
Qualcuno scrive anche dei versi.

Le loro maniche di seta scivolano
Indietro, e i berretti di seta
Lietamente su appoggiano sulla nuca.

Sulla calma superficie d'acqua
Del piccolo stagno, tutto si vede
Meravigliosamente riflesso.

Ogni cosa sta capovolta
Nel padiglione di verde
E candida porcellana;

Come una mezzaluna appare il ponte,
con il suo arco capovolto. Gli amici,
con belle vesti, bevono, conversano.
