Habuit thalamum Salomon rex, Et ad hunc famulos decies sex, Genus Ifacida generatum Et ad aspera proelia natum. Chorus excubias agitantum, Gladiisque suprema minatum. Procul arcuit inde timorem, Ubi nox tulit atra nigrorem. Etiam lectica ni tebat, Salomonem quando ferebat. Libanus dedit huc sua lingua, Domui prius hinc data tigna. Ubi rex Salomon columellas, Ubi multas ordine cellas. Statuit, loca iussa nitere, Ubi flos Solyma cubuere.
