Der Mond kommt still gegangen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Available translation(s): CAT DUT ENG ENG FIN FRE
Der Mond kommt still gegangen
Mit seinem [goldnen]1 Schein,
Da schläft [in]2 holdem Prangen
Die müde Erde ein.

Im Traum die Wipfel weben,
Die Quellen rauschen sacht;
Singende Engel durchschweben
Die blaue Sternennacht

Und auf den Lüften schwanken
Aus manchem treuen Sinn
Viel tausend Liebesgedanken
Über die Schläfer hin.

Und drunten im [Thale, da funkeln]3
Die Fenster von Liebchens Haus;
Ich aber blicke im Dunkeln
Still in die Welt hinaus.

C. Schumann sets stanzas 1, 3-4

La lluna ha sortit en silenci
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
La lluna ha sortit en silenci
amb la seva llum daurada
mentre la terra, en la encisadora
resplendor, se’n va a dormir.

I pels aires fluctuen,
de molts esperits fidels,
milers de pensaments amorosos
damunt dels que dormen.

I dessota a la vall llueixen
les finestres de la casa de l’estimada;
jo però esguardo la foscúria
silenciosa del món a fora.
