Zu Piktavis, da du geborn,
zum Bischoff erstlich wirst erkorn.

Dein Eifer aber da nicht bleibt,
von dann'gen Regensburg dich treibt.

Bayern dein ander Bistum war,
manch Seel errettst aus Not und G'fahr.

Dein Tod solchs g'nug bezeugen tut,
zahlst fremde Schuld mit deinem Blut.

Der wöll ihm durch sein Mart'r und Pein
all Christenland befohlen sein.

In Pictavis kwam u op aard,
Men vond u snel een bisdom waard.
 
Uw ijver echter niet aflaat,
Daarom naar Regensburg u gaat.
 
Bei'ren uw ander bisdom werd,
Hebt meen'ge ziel uit nood gered.
 
Uw dood heeft het genoeg onthuld,
Met bloed betaald' u vreemde schuld.
 
Hem wil door marteldood en pijn
Al 't christenland bevolen zijn.
