Es fliegt ein Bienchen durch den Hain Und äugelt weit und breit Wo mögen all' die Blumen sein? Es ist doch Sommerszeit! Und nirgends lacht aus vollem Gras Ihm der ersehnte Strauss Ei armes Bienchen, was ist das? Mit dir sieht's trauig aus. Sum sum, sum sum ! Des Försters Tochter kommt daher, Singt trällernd vor sich hin, Mit Zöpfen, wie von Golde schwer, Und Lippen wie Rubin. Das Bienchen nimmt für Rosen an Und küsst, was ihm gefällt. O! wer so gut sich helfen kann, Der kommt wohl durch die Welt Sum sum, sum sum.
