Du Maienrose zart und schön, O Mägdlein, möcht ich immer sehn Mit deinem lieben Angesicht, Von Frühlingsglanz und Morgenlicht. Du zärtliche, du liebe Maid, Stets sei dir Gruß und Lied geweiht; Doch, kleiner Engel, rein und hold, Was gibst du mir zum Minnesold? Dein Bild, das meine Seele füllt, Dein Blick, der Leid und Wehe stillt, Stimmt meine Laute dir zum Gruß, Gib mir dafür den Liebeskuß!
