Im Moose

Hoch über mir endlos ein strahlendes Blau,
rings um mich ein lachender, nickender Tau,
und in mir viel tausend Träume.
Die Glieder getaucht in das schwellende Moos,
so träumt ich mich Sorgen und Ärgernis bloß
im Rieseln der Birkenbäume.

Nun ist mir die Welt einerlei!
Mag kommen was kommt, mag sein was da sei,
ich liege im schimmerden Moose!
Hier unter Kräutern und Blüten und Baum
lach ich der Welt und träum meinen Traum
von einer fern glühenden Rose.
