De beuken weemlen voort, een wacht van boomen, het licht blijft ongestoord maar stroomen. De wind waait zachtkens aan, een pracht van vlammen lijkt langzaam op te gaan om stammen. De blâren vlammen puur, de zacht-bruin-roode.... Zon wèg, het bladervuur gevloden!
