Lullay of the Nativity
Language: English  after the English
Refrain Lullay, my beloved, my dear son, my sweetest one. Lullay, my dear heart, my darling one. I saw a fair maiden sitten and sing: She lulled a little child, a sweet lordling. Of all lords he is Lord, of all kings he is King. There was much melody at the child's birth. All those in Heaven, they made much mirth. Angels bright they sang through the night and said to the child: "blessed be thou and blessed be she, meek and mild." (Refrain)
