from Volkslieder (Folksongs)

Dolina, dolina
Language: Moravian (Moravština)
Dolina, dolina,
a v dolině sosna:
Poviz mně, děvucho,
dla kogo's rostla?

Urostlach, urostlach
ale ně dla těbě,
dla tego synečka,
co z vojny přijedě.

Přijedě, přijedě
na brannem koničku,
podkovjynky zlate,
šablička na boku.

Děvucho, děvucho,
porachuj se sobě,
věla ja chodničkuv
utlačil ku tobě!

Dybych žech ja mjala
chodničky rachovať,
musela bych ja se
pisařička chovať.

Pisařička chovať,
papir mu kupovať,
něstačilo by mně
ani na jeden rok.
