Blåsen bort de dåliga tankar,
blåsen bort de vekliga känslor,
gjuten i själen kraft och ro!

Ej jag spör om ditt sköte
döljer sjunkna båtar med bleknade döde.
Friska dansen jag tror och skummet,
därunder koraller och pärlor,
segersångerna vill jag tro!

En minä sinua moiti vaikka sylisi
kätkeekin uponneita laivoja ja kelmeitä vainajia.
Reippaaseen tanssiin minä uskon ja kuohuihin,
koralleihin ja helmiin niiden alla,
