Mein Grab sieht wie ein Garten aus,
wie ein Garten, rot und weiß,
Sonntags dann, geht ihr aus, Rose weiß,
macht euch zum Spaziergang auf,
Maiglöckchen und Rose weiß.

An Allerheiligen bringt Tante Yvonne
einen Kranz aus bemaltem Eisen
aus ihrem Garten mit,
einen bemalten Eisenkranz mit Perlen aus Satin,
Maiglöckchen und Rose weiß.

Wenn Gott mich auferstehen lässt,
werd’ ich ins Paradies aufsteigen, Rose weiß,
mit einem gold’nen Heiligenschein,
