Mein Heil heut' triumphieret
Language: German (Deutsch)
Mein Heil heut' triumphieret,
die Feind' in Banden führet,
hat in geschwinder Eil'
zerbrochen ihre Pfeil'.

Sünd', Tod, Welt, Teufel, Hölle,
Wie fallet ihr so schnelle?
Wo ist der Stachel hin,
Wo ist Sieg und Gewinn?

Nun Schlang', ei tu dich rächen,
Was hilft dein Fersenstechen?
Wass hilfet Macht und List?
Dein Kopf zertreten ist.

Der Stärker ist nun kommen,
Der Harnisch weggenommen,
Das Raubschloß ist zerstört,
Den Knall man ferne hört.

Davon die Christen singen,
Dem Herrn Dankopfer bringen
Und freuen sich der Beut',
Die sie bekommen heut'.
