Aure belle, che spirate placidete in grembo al mar, i miei pianti voi narrate con quel vostro lieve susurrar. Deh volate al mio tesoro, aure amiche a nostro amor, e gli dite ch'io l'adoro, che mi servi un fido cor !
Note: the first stanza is nearly identical with the first stanza of an aria of the dramma in musica "Le vicende d'Amore", libretto by Giambattista Neri, but the second stanza is completely different.
