Wiegenlied
Language: German (Deutsch)
Lieb' Kindlein, schlaf' in Ruh und Traum.
Es schweben drei Engel im Himmelsraum,
Die schau'n herab auf's Wiegelein,
In einer Hand ein Spiegelein,
D'rin funkeln aus der Ferne
Viel hunderttausend Sterne.
Die andre Hand ein Sträußchen hält
Mit Blumen aus der goldnen Welt,
Wo Gott der liebe Vater wohnt,
Der Böse straft und Gute lohnt.
Gott hat die Blümlein selbst gepflückt,
Drei Engelein herabgeschickt
Mit seinem goldnen Segen
Sie auf dein Bett zu legen.
Nun schlafe sanft in Ruh und Traum.
Die Engel dort im Himmelsraum
Sie werden dich behüten.
Schlaf' sanft in Blum' und Blüten.
