by Julius Mosen (1803 - 1867)

Ammerngesang
Language: German (Deutsch)
Welch ein wonniges Träumen
Schwebet auf Wald und Flur!
Rings in duftigen Räumen
Wirkt die wilde Natur.

Alles webet und strebet
Zart zu süßem Verein;
Ach, was liebet und lebet
Läßt mich ewig allein!

Horch! ein Vögelein singet:
"Wie, wie hab' ich dich lieb!"
Singet wieder, das klinget:
"Wie, wie Hab' ich dich lieb!"

Heiße Thränen, die rinnen:
Kleiner, fröhlicher Dieb,
Du im Walde da drinnen
Hast du mich immer noch lieb?
