8 sange , opus 14

by Viggo Brodersen (1879 - 1965)

1. En Moder
 (Sung text)

Language: Danish (Dansk)
Hver Gang jeg kryster i min Favn
din lille varme bløde Krop,
da er det som jeg fuldt forstaar,
at jeg af Trængselsnatten
haard er vaagnet ren og renset op.
Thi Soningen, jeg fik Behov,
naar Hjertet smittedes af Lyst,
den bragte du mit eget Barn.
Du tvætted bort det Slam og Skarn,
som Brynden avled i mit Bryst.

2. En Moder
 (Sung text)

at fælde dig Vylddyr, paa Valen at stride.

3. En Moder
 (Sung text)

Language: Danish (Dansk)
Du saar, Drenglille, i mit Bryst et Flor saa rigt,
saa frodigt af Roser, Tjørn og Tusindfryd,
som gør mit Hjerte modigt.
Jeg elsker, elsker alt selv Tjørnene,
som gør det ømt og blodigt.
Du saar, Drenglille, i mit Bryst et Flor saa rigt og frodigt.

4. Til en Yngling
 (Sung text)

Language: Danish (Dansk)
Blæsten, der fejer det døde fra Jord,
Solen, der fremtryller Liv i sit Spor,
Blæst og Sol er din Far og Mor.
Blæsten, dig pisker om Pande og Haar,
Solen velsigner dig, altmens du gaar
sejrende ud i den lyse Vaar.

5. Foraarssang
 (Sung text)

Language: Danish (Dansk)
Blæst og Bølge gaar over Hav,
vuggende, hviskende Bryst imod Bryst.
Bølgeaande, Foraar og Sol
mætter Luften paa Vejen fra Øst.

Vaar og Vinde stryger fra Hav
ind over Bælter og Brinker og Øer.
Hvide Terner sejler i Kreds,
styrter sig ned i de blaanende Søer.

Store Øjne, lyse som Luften
suger den tindrende Lysets Fest.
Friske Munde, varme af Sol,
indaander Foraarets fej ende Blæst.

Grøde stiger dybt under Muld.
Ungsæd sitrer og Skov staar i Sus.
Nye Længsler vækkes af Blund,
toner i Blodets bankende Brus.

6. Libellerne
 (Sung text)

Straalerne spiller i spinkle Vingers Glar.
og tumler over Mosen i Middagssolens SKin.

7. Primavera
 (Sung text)

8. Fløjtespilleren
 (Sung text)

Language: Danish (Dansk)
Forleden Dag kom Eros for at vise mig

Ak Dreng dog! Hvilken sød Forvirring Du har vakt.
Fløjt væk! Fløjt alle mine Pulse ud af Takt!
