Zwei Gedichte von Tora zu Eulenburg , opus 11b

by Erich J. Wolff (1874 - 1913)

1. Sturmflut
 (Sung text)

Language: German (Deutsch)
Verlangend dehntest du dich aus nach allem,
was dir Natur und Menschenwerk entgegenstellt.
Du presst es an dein schäumend Herz
und reisst es jauchzend mit dir fort
und hälst es fest, bis es erstirbt
in deinem glutdurchströmten Hauch
erbarmungsloser Leidenschaft.

Ich schau dich an so sehnsuchtsmüde.
Ein Schrei entquillt der kranken Brust.
Ich liebe dich! Lass mich vergehen
in deinem heissen Sturmeskuss!

2. Trinklied

Language: German (Deutsch)
Heissa, heia! Stosset an, seht, wie das Leben lacht!
 . . . . . . . . . .
