Frühlings Wanderschaft

Language: German (Deutsch)
O Heimchen, sprich was zirpest du
von früh bis Abends immer zu?
Ist deine kleine Sängerbrust
so voll von Leid, so voll von Lust?

Bist du berauscht vom frischen Tau
aus Blütenkelchen auf der Au?
Dein Lied ertönet nah und fern,
o singe nur ich hör' es gern.

Und sind im Haine wir allein,
so stimm' ich lustig auch mit ein!
Im Frühlingsduft und Sonnenschein,
wer wollte da nicht Sänger sein?
