Wach' auf, mein Püpplein, 's ist Morgenzeit, schon steht ein Süpplein für dich bereit. Horch, horch, das Geläute! komm küsse mich! 's ist Sonntag heute, drum putz' ich dich. Und auf und nieder trag' ich dich dann, und sing' der Lieder so viel ich kann. Wir geh'n spazieren im grünen Hain, du sollst nicht frieren, ich hüll' dich ein. Sinkt's Köpfchen nieder, dann gute Nacht! schon längst ist wieder dein Bett gemacht.
