Wiegenlied
Language: German (Deutsch)
Schlaf, mein holder Knabe du,
alles neigt sich schon zur Ruh,
Tages Lärm ist längst verstummt,
nur die Abendglocke summt,
stille Nacht bringt sanfte Ruh,
holder Knabe, schlaf auch du!

Holder Knabe, träume süss,
von dem Himmelsparadies,
wo dein kleines Schwesterlein
schwebet in der Engel Reih'n,
tanzt und spielt und singt so süss,
träume, Kind vom Paradies.

Leise kommt die stille Nacht!
Schlafe bis der Tag erwacht,
bis der helle Sonnenschein
dringt in unser Kämmerlein
und die Welt auf's Neu dir lacht,
schlaf mein Knabe, gute Nacht!
