Dite, rose preziose, Amorose; Dit'ond'è, che s'io m'affiso Nel bel guardo acceso ardente Voi repente Disciogliete un bel sorriso? Se bel rio, bell'auretta Tra l'erbetta Su'l mattin mormorando erra; Se di fiori un praticello Si fa bello; Noi diciam: Ride la terra. Quando avvien, ch'un zeffiretto Per diletto Muova'l piè sull'onde chiare, Si che l'acqua in sull'arena Scherzi appena; Noi diciam, che ride il mare.
