Romanze
Language: German (Deutsch)
Ach, wie ängstlich wird er spähen
In der Abendsonne Strahl
Und von unsrer Berge Höhen
Nieder seufzen in das Thal!
Hört er nur ein Blättchen rauschen,
Wird er lauschen:
Blanka, kömmst du nicht zu mir?
Lass sie schwinden, deine Sorgen,
Morgen, Tommasino, morgen,
Ach! mein Herz ist stets bei dir!

Wenn das Abendroth den Hügel
Meines stillen Thals bescheint,
O! so schweb' auf leichtem Flügel,
Zephyr! hin zu meinem Freund!
Flüstre sanft in Liebes Tönen,
Lass dein Sehnen!
Deine Blanka weilt nicht hier,
Mir ist nicht dein Gram verborgen,
Morgen, Tommasino, morgen,
Ach! mein Herz ist stets bei dir!
