Приняла я людскую красу,
Расточила всесилие чар,
Колдовала в священном лесу.

Ты отверг меня, лунную дочь,
Золотую богиню серпа,
И напрасно к тебе в эту ночь
Пролегла небесами тропа.

Я спустилась в жилище жреца,
Я забыла высокую мать.
Я слезами отмыла с лица
Божества роковую печать.

Я носила дрова, собирала траву,
Отдавала себя колдуну,
И вот жрицей бездомной слыву
И встречаю людскую весну.

Приготовлено ложе давно.
Приходи ко мне, ласковый Тар!
Голубою весной зажжено
Мое сердце, пылающий дар.
