Das Findelkind
Language: German (Deutsch)
Die Lini, die war a schön's Maderl
mit Äugerln so treu und so lieb,
doch in ihre herzigen Augen
das Leid und der Kummer sich schrieb.

A Kostkind war sie, a arm's Waserl,
der Muata sie lang schon entbehrt;
der Muata lieb göttliche Stimme
hat's Waserl schon längst nimmer g'hört.

Die Eltern nie gekannt sie hat,
das Mitleid sie erhält,
d'rum ist sie verlassen von allen
als Findelkind hier auf der Welt.
