Bad hair day
Language: English
It’s nothing to do with my hair
It’s just that I’m close to despair.
I wanted new clothes
But Dad got me those,
Which I flatly refuse to wear!

It’s nothing to do with my hair,
It’s just that you clearly don’t care.
Whenever I’m late,
You blame it on Kate, [or Nate]
Who’s my friend! Oh, you’re so unfair!

It’s nothing to do with my hair.
It’s just that I hate being compared
To my sister, who’s mean,
And kicks up a scene
When I’m hungry and don’t want to share.

It’s nothing to do with my hair.
I’m just feeling up in the air.
You both said I could go
Unless there was snow;
Well it’s more than a person can bear.

It’s nothing to do with my hair.
It’s just that you seem unaware
That I sing in two choirs
And I’m stressed about Highers,
And I don’t have a moment to spare.

It’s nothing to do with my hair.
It’s just that I feel I could swear
That Facebook and fashion,
And even true passion,
Are all just a load of hot air.
