Meine Geliebte
Language: German (Deutsch)
Endlich hab' ich sie gefunden,
Die mein ganzes Herz besiegt,
Und, nach süßdurchscherzten Stunden,
Mich in Wonneträume wiegt;

Die beim Schalle froher Lieder
Meinem Kuß entgegen lacht,
Und im Kreise muntrer Brüder
Mich nicht eifersüchtig macht!

Freunde, wünscht ihr sie zu küssen,
Und von ihr geküßt zu sein?
Nun, die Schöne, müßt ihr wissen,
Ist -- mein holdes Fläschen Wein!

Confirmed with Musen Almanach, ed. by Voss and Goeckingk, Hamburg: Carl Ernst Bohn, 1782, page 182. Attributed to "v. O."
