Nouveau foyer d'amour, Au déclin de la vie,

Je n'ai plus de regrets alors que ta venue 
M'apporte le festin de tendresse et d'espoir. 
Vieillir me sera doux, aïeule devenue, 
Je connaîtrai le calme qui baigne les beaux soirs

Sur ton menu visage aux lignes ondoyantes, 
Je cherche le secret de ton destin futur.
Seras tu des cœurs forts ou des âmes souffrantes ?

Ton mystère me poigne ah soulever la trame
