Mousmé
Language: French (Français)
Au jardin de ma fantaisie,
Fleur du Japon, Mousmé jolie,
Je la vois, un printemps de mai.
Elle trotine sous l'ombrelle...
Par les verts sentiers je l'appelle:
« Mousmé, Mousmé ! »
Tout en elle est sourire et jolie...
Sur sa longue robe de soie
Un papillon rôde, charmé :
Ce papillon d'or, c'est mon âme
Qui pour toi palpite et s'enflamme,
Frêle Mousmé, Mousmé !
Les oiseaux partent... c'est l'automne...
Pauvre petite fleur Nipponne,
Je songe combien je t'aimai !
Déjà s'éloigne le navire...
J'emporte avec moi ton sourire:
Adieu, Mousmé !
