Sweet song of long ago
Language: English
Life is not all in vain, While memories remain. I see in dreams your face, and it seems I hear a dear old refrain. Dear song, sweet song of long ago I hear once more when lights are low, A melody so divine, You sang it when you were mine, oh so tenderly. I sit here in the afterglow, I dream of days we used to know, And tho' you forget I'll remember Your song, sweet song of long ago.
