You can help us modernize! The present website has been online for a very long time and we want to bring it up to date. As of May 6, we are $2,380 away from our goal of $15,000 to fund the project. The fully redesigned site will be better for mobile, easier to read and navigate, and ready for the next decade. Please give today to join dozens of other supporters in making this important overhaul possible!

Qui rise o Tirsi

Language: Italian (Italiano)

Qui rise, o Tirsi, e qui ver me rivolse
Le due stelle d'Amor la bella Clori;
O memoria felice, o lieto giorno.

Qui l'angelica voce e le parole,
C'humiliaro i più superbi Tori;
O memoria felice, o lieto giorno.

Stringendomi la man, l'alma mi strinse.
O memoria felice, o lieto giorno.

Hier lachte, o Tirsi

Language: German (Deutsch) after the Italian (Italiano)

Hier lachte, o Tirsi, hier richtete auf mich
die schöne Chloris die lieben Augensterne;

welche die prächtigsten Stiere demütigten;
