1 [Psalmus David.] Domine, clamavi ad te: exaudi me; intende voci meæ, cum clamavero ad te. 2 Dirigatur oratio mea sicut incensum in conspectu tuo; elevatio manuum mearum sacrificium vespertinum. 3 Pone, Domine, custodiam ori meo, et ostium circumstantiæ labiis meis. 4 Non declines cor meum in verba malitiæ, ad excusandas excusationes in peccatis; cum hominibus operantibus iniquitatem, et non communicabo cum electis eorum. 5 Corripiet me justus in misericordia, et increpabit me: oleum autem peccatoris non impinguet caput meum. Quoniam adhuc et oratio mea in beneplacitis eorum: 6 absorpti sunt juncti petræ judices eorum. Audient verba mea, quoniam potuerunt. 7 Sicut crassitudo terræ erupta est super terram, dissipata sunt ossa nostra secus infernum. 8 Quia ad te, Domine, Domine, oculi mei; in te speravi, non auferas animam meam. 9 Custodi me a laqueo quem statuerunt mihi, et a scandalis operantium iniquitatem. 10 Cadent in retiaculo ejus peccatores: singulariter sum ego, donec transeam.

1 [Psalmus David.] Herr, ich rufe zu dir, eile zu mir; vernimm meine Stimme, wenn ich dich anrufe. 2 Mein Gebet müsse vor dir taugen wie ein Rauchopfer, mein Händeaufheben wie ein Abendopfer. 3 Herr, behüte meinen Mund und bewahre meine Lippen. 4 Neige mein Herz nicht auf etwas Böses, ein gottlos Wesen zu führen mit den Übeltätern, daß ich nicht esse von dem, was ihnen geliebt. 5 Der Gerechte schlage mich freundlich und strafe mich; das wird mir so wohl tun wie Balsam auf meinem Haupt; denn ich bete stets, daß sie mir nicht Schaden tun. 6 Ihre Führer müssen gestürzt werden über einen Fels; so wird man dann meine Rede hören, daß sie lieblich sei. 7 Unsre Gebeine sind zerstreut bis zur Hölle, wie wenn einer das Land pflügt und zerwühlt. 8 Denn auf dich, Herr, Herr, sehen meine Augen; ich traue auf dich, verstoße meine Seele nicht. 9 Bewahre mich vor dem Stricke, den sie mir gelegt haben, und vor der Falle der Übeltäter. 10 Die Gottlosen müssen in ihr eigen Netz fallen miteinander, ich aber immer vorübergehen.
