L’enterrador: Vine, estimada criatura, entra amb nosaltres! El moliner: És potser una il•lusió, és un miratge? La molinera: És exactament igual a la nostra filla. La rosa: Sóc tan feliç – és meravellós. L’enterrador: Doncs bé, estimada gent, no tenia raó? El moliner: Es confirma tot el que havíeu dit.
