Die Ferne stirbt in Dämmerduft.
Mit mattem Blinzeln nur durchleuchtet
Ein Stern die nebeltrübe Luft.
Gedämpfte Glockenlaute beben
Weich summend über Stoppelfeld.
Aus Wiesenniederungen heben
Sich dunkle Massen in die Welt.
Ein alter Pflüger mit dem Pferde
Zieht müde heim; die Pfeife glimmt.
Vom Schäferhund umtummelt, schwimmt
Mit Blöken dorfwärts eine Herde.
Mit qualmigdunkler Röte säumt
Der Himmel sich. Großleuchtend taucht
Der Mond empor ... Die Landschaft träumt
Von Ruhesehnsucht überhaucht.

从草地的斜坡里上升

一位老农夫紧牵马缰
疲倦回家; 烟斗闪亮。
牧羊犬们前后奔忙
一群绵羊涌向村庄。
天空漆黑,四周一线
紫红闪光。 光芒无量
月亮东升...梦中河山
尽是对和平的渴望。
