Mein liebes Goldfischchen!
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  FRE
Ach, Goldfischchen, lieb Goldfischchen,
Spieltest gestern goldig roth
Wie ein Sonnenstrahl im Wasser,
Ach, und heute bist du todt.

Jeden Morgen war mein Erstes:
Was doch wohl mein Goldfisch macht?
Abends, eh' ich ging zu Bette,
Sagt' ich dir auch: gute Nacht!

Wenn ich nach dem Fenster blicke,
Ist anjetzt die Stelle leer;
Weinen muß ich, denn ich sehe,
Ach, ich sehe dich nicht mehr.

Ach, Goldfischchen, lieb Goldfischchen,
Nimmermehr vergeß ich dich!
Wo ich nur ein Fischchen sehe,
Denk' ich gleich zuerst an dich.

Mon cher petit poisson rouge
Language: French (Français)  after the German (Deutsch)
Hélas petit poisson rouge, cher petit poisson rouge,
Hier tu jouais, rouge et or,
Comme un rayon de soleil dans l'eau,
Hélas, aujourd'hui tu es mort.

Chaque matin, ma première question était :
« Que peut bien faire mon poisson rouge ? »
Le soir, avant d'aller au lit,
Je te disais aussi bonne nuit !

Quand je regarde vers la fenêtre,
La place est désormais vide,
J'ai envie de pleurer, car
Hélas, je ne te vois plus

Hélas petit poisson rouge, cher petit poisson rouge,
Je ne t'oublierai jamais
Que je voie seulement un petit poisson,
Et je penserai tout de suite à toi.
