Sie schlüpfen hinein

Sie saugen den Seim

Sie leben den Winter in Saus und Braus
von Blumenduft und Sonnenschein:

The bees

As soon as the first blossoms appear,
The little bees as well are near.
They fly about
With a hum, hum, hum!
They slip into [the blossoms]
In the sunshine.
They sip the nectar
And carry it home
To their little house.
In the winter then they live it up
On flower scents and sunshine:
Oh, if only I could be a bee!
