Ich ging hinaus, um dich zu seh'n
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT
Ich ging hinaus, um dich zu seh'n;
ich sah den Äther hell und rein
und wundergolden Sonnenschein...
Dich aber sah ich nicht.

Ich ging hinaus, um dich zu seh'n;
da sah ich weithin Blumen blüh'n
im Schmelz der bunten Farbenglüh'n...
dich aber sah ich nicht.

Doch als ich wieder kehrte heim,
war mir das Herz so voll von Duft
und Sonnenschein und Himmelsluft
als hätt' ich dich geseh'n.

Vaig sortir a fora
Language: Catalan (Català)  after the German (Deutsch)
Vaig sortir a fora, per veure't;
vaig veure l'èter clar i pur
i la claror del sol prodigiosament daurada...
però a tu, no et vaig veure.

Vaig sortir a fora, per veure't;
al lluny, vaig veure florir poncelles
com resplendents colors d'esmalt...
però a tu no et vaig veure.

Però, al tornar a casa,
tenia el cor ple de fragància
i claror de sol i aire celestial,
com si t'hagués vist.
