Dimme na vota sì
Language: Italian - Neapolitan (dialect)
Tu nce si na ta cu lli
rose mmane tu sì cresciuta
Nenna tra li gesummine!
Pe te stonghe malatee nun mme sane,
pe te stongh' a suffrire cheste pene.

Dimme na vota sì ca mme
vuò bene lo bide can nun
pozzo proprio cchiù!

E quanno te vedette
nenna cara, stu core llo
mettiste oje nenna intanta pene!
Chesti roselle tienatelle care,
una de cheste mela daeja me.

Quanta prete nge vonnea
fa sto ponte tanta suspire
oje nè pe te n'aggio jet tate,
nennè tu sì cchiù bella de na fata
co sti duje uocchie belle ch' aje nfronte.

Dillo na vota nun te
costa niente mo che nc'avimmo

Teccote no vasillo, no fa stiente
io zitto zitto te lo voglio dare.
