sols hi ha un mur de rosers rublerts de roses.
De què em deturareu,
guardianes tan dèbils com hermoses?
L’aimada ve amb pas lleu
portada per les ànsies amoroses:
prompte al pes de les nostres abraçades
sereu, roses, marcides i esfullades.

Mes, filles de l’Amor que tot ho anima
no heu pas de témer el nostre;
ella a mon rostre arrima
la seva cara que és germana vostra;
quan em diu que m’estima
un ruixat de petons li cau al rostre.
I en ses galtes llavors acolorades
enceses reixireu i més badades.
