Le sourire entr'ouvrant votre lèvre de rose,
Comme un rayon joyeux qui sur la fleur se pose,
L'épanouit soudain et la fait resplendir.

Vos cheveux, dénoues en cascades d'ébène,
Descendent sur le sol comme un manteau de reine.
Ah ! comme eux à vos pieds que ne puis-je mourir !
