Mondliebchen
Language: German (Deutsch)
Der Mond hat ein Liebchen,
ich hab' ihn belauscht;
jüngst hat es am Abend
im Walde gerauscht.

Es spross aus den Blättern
ein Blümchen empor,
da schlich er sich gleich
aus den Wolken hervor.

Er schaute das Blümlein
und glühte vor Lust,
es hatte erblühend
schon Tau in der Brust.

Da steig er gleich hastig
ins Tröpfchen hinein
und erbleichte beim Scheiden
im Morgenschein.
