Das Fröschlein
Language: German (Deutsch)
Fröschlein dort im trüben Sumpf
ohne Schuh und ohne Strumpf
ist ganz heiter und singt keck:
Murx, murx, üräckekeck!

Fröschleins Trank ist Gänsewein,
seine Speise Fliegen fein,
die recht zart und fett wie Speck;
Murx, murx, üräckekeck!

Hält das Fröschlein Uferwacht,
und Herr Langbein naht ganz sacht,
schreit es auf vor Angst und Schreck:
Murx, murx, üräckekeck!

Fühlt am Ziel der Lebensbahn
Fröschlein dann sein Ende nah'n,
tönt's aus schlammigem Versteck:
Murx, murx, üräckekeck!
