by Johann Nepomuk Vogl (1802 - 1866)

Vorschlag
Language: German (Deutsch)
Wie fing so geschwind
mein Herz nur das Kind?
Mein Herz, das so frei
wie'n Lerchlein im Mai?

Sie hatte ja ein's,
was brauchte sie mein's?
War's denn nicht genug,
dass ein's in ihr schlug?

Wie das doch nur kam,
dass sie es mir nahm?
Ei sag' mir's, ich bitt':
Was tust du damit?

O gib mir's, mein Kind,
zurück nur geschwind!
Zu fesseln ein Herz
ist mehr ja wie Scherz!

Und sagst du noch Nein,
so sei es denn dein,
doch gib dann auch mir
das deine dafür.
