Spirito santo ist ihr Name,
Spirito santo, weicher Klang,
Spirito Santo, Himmelsblume,
Dufte lieblich meinem Sang!

Spirito santo, sonnumstrahlet,
Blühest rein, wie ein Gebet!
Süßer, leiser Friedersodem,
Schöne Blume, dich umweht.

Still in deinem weißen Kelche,
Spirito santo, weilt die Ruh';

Nella bianca splendida corolla
ecco una colomba incantevole,

con devozione, coglie il fiore:

Spirito santo è il suo nome,
Spirito santo, dolce suono!
Spirito santo, fiore del cielo,
profuma d'amore il mio canto.

Spirito santo, ai raggi del sole
fiorisci puro come un preghiera!
Dolce, tenue alito di pace,
spira, bel fiore, su di te.

Tacita nella tua candida corolla,
