by Karl Sigmund Freiherr von Seckendorff (1744 - 1785)

Alise
Language: German (Deutsch)
Unter Sträuchen dieser Eichen
Ruh'ich gern,
seh die Wälder, Thäler, Felder
nächst und fern.
Auf der Wiese kommt Alise
Schnell daher,
munter springend, fröhlich singend
kommt sie her.

Schlanke Schöne! O! ich sehne
Mich nach dir!
Welche Blicke! Komm, entzücke,
lächle mir!
Blumen-Düfte, Frühlings-Lüfte
Wehen hier,
hold erschallen Nachtigallen,
singen dir!

Sanfte Triebe erster Liebe,
süße Lust!
Rege Freude, Herzens-Weide
Füllt die Brust.
Voll Verlangen glühn die Wangen,
pocht dies Herz:
Ach! Alise , ach! Versüße
Diesen Schmerz.

Liebe schmachtend, dich nur achtend,
bin ich dein!
Gib, o Liebe! Lieb' um Liebe,
werde mein!
