Heut' rief der liebe Sonnenschein die Vöglein alle, groß und klein in erster Morgenstunde. Sie müssen musizieren, denn in der Rosenrunde geht frohgemut das junge Blut, das junge Blut spazieren. Das ist die rechte Musica für zwei, die nur für sich mehr da und sich die Herzen schenken. Da müssen Menschen schweigen, die sollen tun und denken, indes wir zwei, von Sorgen frei, frischweg zum Himmel steigen. Der Himmel und mein Gretelein, die haben blaue Äugelein, nichts Schön'res kann man sehen. Mir will die Brust zerspringen, vor Lust muss ich vergehen und möchte doch von Herzen froh nur singen.
