Es schwamm ein Fischlein munter im See, ging lustig 'rauf und 'runter, juchhe! Nicht kannt es Leid und Sorgen das Fischlein war geborgen, juchhe! Viel Fischer wollten's fangen im See, und dachten's zu erlangen, juchhe! Doch konnten's Netz und Schlingen nicht Reis und Angel bringen, juchhe! Da war mit holden Mienen am See ein Mägdelein erschienen, juchhe! Sie sah das Fischlein munter beugt isch zu ihm hinunter, juchhe! Da schwimmt das Fischlein kleine im See in ihre Hand alleine juchhe! Was niemand konnt' erlangen das Fischlein war gefangen, o weh!
