Gondolirjeva pesem
Language: Slovenian (Slovenščina)  after the Polish (Polski)
Po srebrnih morskih valih
Ziblje se smehljaj neba.
Plavaj gondola v kristalih
Tja, kjer sreča je doma!

Mesec bledi bode svetil
Do zavetja varnega,
Plavaj kot ljubezen moja,
Ki nevarnosti ne zna!

Dalje in dalje, v svobodnem begu
Naj ti valovje sladko šumlja,
Tam gondolirja čaka na bregu
Ženica draga zvest'ga srca.
